In the example shown below, B20 biodiesel at $2.89 is made from petrodiesel costing $2.75 mixed with biodiesel that costs $3.45. You could save money by making your own blend using biodiesel that cost less and mixing it with petrodiesel yourself.


You can make your own blends by mixing any amount of B99 with any amount of petrodiesel. For example, you could mix 1/2 tank of petrodiesel with 1/2 tank of B99 to make a B50 blend -- right in your vehicle!
